Dear athletes!

Welcome to the ALL-NEW ‘Aftermath’ program, powered by RPG Training Systems. My name is Coach Rory, creator of the RPG Training Systems and lifelong advocate for health and physical education. As an educator and strength coach, I have spent my career working with youth-athletes like yourself, helping them to prepare for their next stages of life and success in sport.

With my extensive background in coaching and training, I have developed a complete program to support your training and development with comprehensive training techniques and strategies to take your game to a whole new level. I have dedicated myself to the continued study of learning and have incorporated many of the leading strategies into the ‘Aftermath’ program to ensure that you get the most out of their experience and can truly apply their strength, speed and power to your sport.

As the founder of RPG Training Systems, I continue to work with athletes of all ages get stronger, faster and more durable through a unique combination of training methods that support total athlete development and life-long health and success.

THE ‘AFTERMATH’ PROGRAM HAS 3 FACILITIES THAT ALLOW ATHLETES IN THE LONDON, ST. THOMAS, MIDDLESEX COMMUNITIES TO ACCESS HIGH CALIBER TRAINING IN THEIR AREA.

SESSION STRUCTURE

THE ‘AFTERMATH’ PROGRAM FOCUSED ON 3 MAIN WINDOWS OF TIME; PREPARATION, STRENGTH, CONDITIONING.

FIRST 30 MINUTES:

  • PREPARATION

  • MOBILITY/STABILITY

  • LOCOMOTION

  • POWER

SECOND 30 MINUTES:

  • COMPOUND POWER MOVEMENTS

  • PRIMARY COMPOUND STRENGTH MOVEMENTS

  • SECONDARY COMPOUND MOVEMENTS

FINAL 30 MINUTES:

  • TERTIARY COMPOUND/ISOLATION MOVEMENTS

  • ENERGY SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT

    • ANAEROBIC/AROBIC CAPACITY
