In order to serve the growing community of St. Thomas and the surrounding area, we offer a wide variety of training packages, from Personal and Semi-Private Training to Group classes and Youth Team Training.

 

Personal Training

Our personal training is like nothing you have experienced.

A unique combination of therapy based modalities, rehabilitation focused and elite level strength and conditioning separates from other personal training services you will find.

Group Training

The goal of most trainers or fitness facilities is to get you sweaty. That is simple. High reps, heavy a** weights (usually with bad form) and little rest.

We don’t workout - we TRAIN!

We are training for health. We are training for balance, coordination, and stamina.

We are training for strength, power, agility, and speed. We are preparing for the hardships that hit us in our life that knock us out.

We are training to grow old, without the sore knees, ‘cranky’ shoulders and achey back that you get with other coaches.

In our programs, you leave happier, stronger, feeling lighter and ready to take on the world - literally!

Dryland and Team Performance Training

Without a doubt - this is our Bread and Butter! Since training teams at York University, we have become extremely well versed in training large groups of athletes.

From Hockey, Baseball, and Volleyball teams of 12-15 athletes, to Soccer teams and football teams ranging from 20-50 athletes, all the way to Provincial Programs like Team Ontario (Volleyball) and large Regional Programs, we KNOW Team Training.

This is a specialty - one that we have been mastering for almost 20 years.

Many personal trainers will take on team training - because they know a kids, are a parent or are recruited by a family member - NOT US! This is our PASSION!!

We guarantee you have not trained like an athlete until you have experienced an RPG Training Session!
