Sessions will consist primarily of strength and power, speed and ability based training, as well as metabolic and energy system development. As athletes progress through our programs, sessions will incorporate a wider variety of movements to create enhanced neural connection, faster reaction times and “stop-on-a dime” Change of Direction (COD). All Game Changers sessions are designed by our qualified coaches to maximize first step explosiveness, COD and total body awareness.

SPEED: Acceleration, Deceleration, Linear and Lateral Movement Techniques, Sprinting Mechanics
AGILITY: Reactive and Non-Reaction Change of Direction, Center of Gravity
