Welcome to the STRONG SUMMER small group training program, powered by RPG Training Systems. My name is Coach Rory, creator of the RPG Training Systems and a lifelong coach and mentor to youth athletes. As a strength coach, I have spent my career working with athletes of all ages get stronger, faster and more explosive in their sport, while also making them more resistant to injuries.

With my extensive background in coaching and training, I have developed a complete program to support your training and nutrition with comprehensive training techniques and strategies to take your performance to a whole new level. I have dedicated myself to the continued study of training and have incorporated many of the leading strategies into the Strong Summer program to ensure that you get the most out of your experience and can truly apply yourself to all areas of your life and sport.

The Mission of RPG Training Systems, is to Build a Stronger Generation by helping athletes get stronger, faster and more durable through a unique combination of training methods that support total human optimization for overall health, happiness and ultimately, sport success.
